In this class we will concentrate on applying power and precision to this fundamental kick using bags and focus pads. We will develop stamina by kicking for extended periods of time, and by assisting each other with slow motion kicks at a full extension. Breaking multiple boards can be intimidating with the round house kick, but by the end of this class, that will not be an issue. This class is suitable for all levels.
