Perform any two of the following, seeking guidance from an RVTKD instructor:

  • complete a 5K race, running the entire way or meeting a specified target time
  • develop a weight training program and log sessions at least twice a week for three months
  • develop a flexibility program and log sessions at least twice a week for three months (this may be an organized class, as in certain types of yoga, or may be created and performed individually)
  • explore body-awareness and body-control exercises, as found in such books as Overcoming Gravity or in online programs like http://gmb.io or https://www.movnat.com, setting goals with the assistance of an RVTKD instructor
