This month’s all-school conditioning class, in which all students are encouraged to work toward fitness benchmarks to enhance overall fitness. Although normal Tae Kwon Do training is an excellent way to develop solid strength, endurance, and flexibility, supplemental training can make a real difference in a student’s effectiveness in many aspects of both conditioning and applied use of Tae Kwon Do skills.
We hope students at every level, from the newest beginners to the most experienced black belts, will participate in this group activity. Feel free to ask your instructors if you have any questions about what to expect or how to thrive in this pursuit.
