The results are in, and the two things that generated the most interest among RVTKD students were:
- an unstructured way for you to get feedback on whatever you’re focused on
- a discussion group on a martial arts book
Instead of doing video drills that attempt to simulate being in the dojang, RVTKD instructors invite you to make video of yourself working on anything you choose, then send it to us for feedback. You might think of it as the equivalent of the unstructured class time for working out on your own, where the instructor(s) give you tips or direction. Choose anything you like: techniques, combinations, conditioning, forms, or whatever you’d like to concentrate on. You can send us something every day or once or never. The more you put into this, the more we will provide in response.
BOOK DISCUSSION GROUP
This is more straightforward, and we only need to choose a book and a time to get together. First things first: the book. To join the group, all you have to do is fill out the survey, and we’ll get back to you with the book choice and some possible times.
